Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized clothing.

Defective Product Returns 

Defective merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase for either a store credit or full refund. Create66 will cover the shipping fees. 

Refunds

Items on sale are non-refundable. All refunds will be made in the same tender as the original order. Refunds on credit card orders will be made to the same credit card. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of the time we receive the merchandise. 

Promo Codes/Prices

Only one promo code per order.

Prices are subject to change. We do not apply sale prices to past orders or price match for future sales.
