The Author

Pastor Scott Fussnecker

With a background in coaching, teaching, school administration, and pastoral ministry, I have spent my life dedicated to growth, and serving people. I receive a bachelors in Education from Northern Kentucky University in 1998 and a Master’s in Education from Xavier university in 2002.

Throughout that season, God was shaping and preparing me as I pursued formal ministry training, receiving my Exhorter’s License in 2005 and full Ordination in 2008 through the Church of God Cleveland, Tennessee. Later, I was also ordained by the International Ministerial Fellowship in Navarre, Minnesota.

In 2010, God began stirring something new in my spirit. What began as a small Bible study in our home soon grew into something greater than we could have imagined. In 2011, that small group of believers became Foundation Community Church in Trenton, Ohio. Today, Foundation is a thriving, multi-generational church that is passionately committed to community, discipleship, and the transforming power of the Gospel.

In 2025, my ministry entered a new chapter with the release of my first book, That's On You, a work that reflects years of lived experience, spiritual insight, and God-given wisdom.

From the classroom to the pulpit, from educational leadership to spiritual formation, my life and ministry have been about equipping others for their God-given purpose.
